How VascuLyse Works?

Small capillaries are responsible for cell nutrition. Their impairment can affect the appearance and function of the skin. Capillary coalysis is the process by which unsightly, distended capillaries are absorbed and eliminated by the body. Coagulation is the transformation of fluids into solid matter using heat produced by a mild current. Blood trapped in broken capillaries is solidified and eliminated from the body. The blood flows through adjoining vessels and vascular blemishes disappear.
Ruby Point

What are broken capillaries, Sin Tags, and Hyperpigmentation?

Broken capillaries are tiny dilated blood vessels that are visible through the skin. They become more common as we age as our skin loses its elasticity. The factors that can promote their formation are:
  • heredity
  • sun exposure
  • drastic and rapid changes in temperature
  • alcohol abuse
  • high blood pressure
  • hormonal causes
  • medication
  • injuries
Broken Capillaries
Skin tags are small growths of epithelium. They can be the same color as the skin or slightly darker. Some people are more prone to developing skin tags then others, nevertheless, they are very easily removed with the VascuLyse machine.
As for hyperpigmentation, the treatment will create a light scab over the brown spot (very effective on the hands). As it heals, the scab will cause desquamation lifting the hyperpigmentation off the skin the following days.
When using eletrocoagulation (RF and DC) current. During the treatment the stylus touches the skin surface of the dilated capillary or hyperpigmentated spot. Many vascular blemishes, skin tags and brown spots disappear on contact and once treated it will never come back. Most conditions are successfully treated in 1 to 3 treatments, depending on the number of capillaries to be eliminate, with minimal skin reaction.

Contraindications

Contraindications for treatment include diabetes, epilepsy, anyone on a blood thinner, anticoagulation or use a pace maker, pregnant women, and hormonally imbalanced individuals. VascuLyse treatment involves the use of radiofrequency and DC current, therefore, those with pacemakers cannot undergo treatment. Since the procedure coagulates the blood, those on anti coagulates or who have circulatory disorders would not see the desired results.
