Q. How long should my hair be or how many days of growth is needed before waxing?
A. Your hair should be about 1/4" long (length of the eyebrows hair) and it will take about 3-4 weeks for your hair to grow this long.
Q. I have sensitive skin, will waxing give me a rash or some kind of irritation?
A. Sometimes red bumps will occur after a treatment. If this occurs, it usually goes away in about 24 hours. After your skin becomes used to the waxing process this reaction becomes almost nonexistent.
Q. Should I shower before my treatment?
A. Certainly. You will feel fresher. It is preferred not to put on your moisturizer.
Q: What does the "High Cut" or the "Extended Bikini” mean?
A. The High cut means that your bikini line is narrower than the regular bikini line. The Extended bikini means that it is a regular bikini with overgrown hair towards the legs.

Length of Hair
To prepare for a bikini wax, it is important that the hair is long enough to be ripped fully out from the root, the right length about ¼ inches. If you are used to shaving your bikini line, stop this practice for several weeks before getting a Brazilian wax for the best results. If it is too long, please have you hair trim, so they won’t get caught up into the wax to be successfully pulled out It is recommended gently exfoliating the pubic area before the wax, and then doing so regularly after the wax to cut down on ingrown hairs.
Expect Discomfort
A Brazilian bikini wax is an intense experience. The first time is definitely the hardest, because much of the hair has never been pulled out before, even if you had a less extensive bikini wax in the past. Know that the pain is very temporary, and by the time you leave the salon, you should not feel any discomfort at all.
Allow your Skin to Breathe
After Brazilian bikini wax, give your skin a chance to breathe and be comfortable. Your favorite pair of painted on jeans may not be the best choice for directly after your first wax. Wear loose fitting clothes and no synthetics, especially if you have easily irritated.
